Due to the digital nature of our PDFs & Notes, all sales are final. Once you have received the download links, the transaction is considered complete.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional circumstances:

• Technical issues preventing download access
• Duplicate purchases made in error

How to Request a Refund

Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.
